Dinamiks© is a Cloud based Performance and Absence Management Software developed by Dinamiks Limited.

We at Dinamiks Limited understand that your privacy is very important and are always committed to ensuring you transparency of our privacy practices and our control over your data in connection with Dinamiks Services.

The data collected through Dinamiks is intended to be restricted to the purposes of delivering services for which the client or user has taken on - as defined in our Terms and Conditions.

This privacy policy applies to all data from clients, contacts, users and visitors to Dinamiks Limited and our suite of software and applications and includes but not limited to, online services, mobile services, and all other services that Dinamiks Limited fulfils.

Notification of privacy policy changes

Dinamiks Limited may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. If Dinamiks Limited decides to make material changes in the way we use your personal information, we will post the changes on this page so that you always will know what information we collect, how it is used, and when and how it will be disclosed. Your use of the Dinamiks Limited suite of services following notice of such change will be deemed acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy, which may include application of the new policy to information provided prior to the date of such change.

What information does Dinamiks collect?

Dinamiks Limited receives and stores personal and company information you enter and / or share with our services.

The types of Personal Information collected are:

  • First and last name
  • Job title
  • Contact information including email address
  • Address details including post code
  • Online credentials and associated data for your secure access to Dinamiks for Absence and/or Performance Management purposes.

What we do with the information we gather

We will retain any data you submit for all the time you use the Dinamiks services.

Unless we are obliged or permitted by law to do so, and subject to any 3 rd party disclosures specifically set out in this policy, your Data will not be disclosed to third parties. This includes our affiliates and / or other companies within our group.

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping.
  • We may use the information to improve our products and services.
  • We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
  • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.

Your access and use of the Dinamiks software

Dinamiks is accessed as, a (SaaS) software as a service, through a web browser using your personal credentials and is housed on a secure server hosted by Amazon Web Services within the confines of the EU territory.

Is my company information secure?

Dinamiks Limited has appropriate electronic, physical, and managerial policies and procedures in place to safeguard and secure the information we collect to prevent unauthorised access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information.

We backup our servers constantly and retain these backups for 3 months.

Access to your data through your Dinamiks account is protected by a password for your privacy and security. Your password is “hashed” and cannot be recovered if you forget it and nor is it accessible or visible to Dinamiks Limited. You can request a reset through the Dinamiks system or request your Administrator to send you a reset request.

We have implemented SSL Encryption and paired it with HTTPS technology to provide secure transmission over the cloud to and from your browser. You need to prevent unauthorised access to your account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your computer and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.

If you terminate your account, your complete company information, will be removed from the site and deleted from our servers, including all backup copies. This will be actioned within the time scales as stated in our Terms and Conditions.

Should you ever decide to delete your Dinamiks account, you may do so by sending us a request at in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Data collected on Dinamiks

Dinamiks Limited does not have any direct or indirect relationship with the individual’s personal data that is processed by the Dinamiks software or that is stored in the database.

If you are an employee of one of the clients that use Dinamiks as its cloud-based absence and / or performance management software provider, and if you have concerns with that data, then contact the client directly regarding this concern.

Dinamiks Limited will not share or transfer any Personal Information captured or stored as part of the services offered by Dinamiks Limited.

Dinamiks Limited will retain personal information for all employees of a client for as long as the client is active. When a client stops their services with Dinamiks, we will retain their information for a specific time frame as necessary to comply with our legal requirements.

If you require details of what information we hold or wish to be removed from our contacts list, please send an e-mail to with the subject line, "Please remove from contact list".
